Role Overview

As a Service Now Architect, you will be responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding technical teams, ensuring platform governance, and delivering scalable Service Now implementations across multiple modules and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end Service Now solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead technical design workshops and solution discussions with stakeholders. Define platform standards, development guidelines, and best practices. Provide architectural oversight across Service Now implementations and enhancements. Guide developers, administrators, and consultants throughout project lifecycles. Review and approve technical designs, integrations, and customizations. Ensure platform scalability, security, maintainability, and performance. Support pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and solution proposals. Drive platform governance, upgrade planning, and technical roadmaps. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

Service Now Platform Expertise

7+ years of Service Now experience with strong architectural and development background. Expertise in Service Now platform architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Strong knowledge of Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.

Multi-Module Experience (Any Combination)

ITSM ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB) ITAM (SAM Pro, HAM Pro) CSM HRSD SPM Sec Ops GRC / IRM FSM App Engine

Technical Skills
