WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Collaborate, design, and execute a strategic sales plan that grows the customer base and meets the senior management team's long- and short-term objectives.Manage the sales team by setting goals, tracking performance, conducting reviews, and providing ongoing mentorship and training.Identify and target potential new markets and collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, anticipating needs and handling any escalations to ensure total customer satisfaction.Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals while tracking trends and analyzing data for strategic planning.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:Previous sales experience focused on power generators used by data centers, hospitals, government facilities, and the marine industry.Deep industry credibility with a strong understanding of data center buildouts, diesel fuel, equipment packaging, and filtration systems.Proven leadership skills, a competitive spirit, and the ability to mentor a successful sales team.Self-starter mentality with exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Willingness and ability to travel 50% to 60% of the time.
