Job Description
The Outpatient RN is primarily responsible for performing telephone triage for an outpatient office. The RN will assist with the implementation of provider orders by overseeing prescription refills, ordering tests, arranging referrals, performing patient intake history, patient teaching and counseling, administering medications, assisting in various procedures as necessary, proper documentation, communicating relevant patient information to providers, and scheduling patient visits. Limited travel to facilities to assist providers may be expected. Salary Range:
$38.76- $48.85 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the jobs compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Fulfilled the educational requirements to be a licensed RN in NYS. 3-5 years experience. Office Practice preferred. Current New York State licensure as a registered nurse; CPR Certification.
