Process Improvement Analyst

Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time remote Process Improvement Analyst will analyze and implement process improvements across the organization, focusing on enhancing business performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Key responsibilities Analyze existing systems and operational procedures to identify opportunities for process redesign, AI, and automation Lead discovery conversations and conduct gap analyses to recommend solutions aligned with business needs Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful implementation of initiatives Required qualifications Proven experience in leading process analysis and improvement initiatives in a cross-functional environment Strong skills in designing and documenting process maps, workflows, and business requirements Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline business processes Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Service Cloud, and Kantata Background in the SaaS industry, particularly in Business Process Management or Project Management
