What You’ll Do Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care Float across multiple departments and South Region locations Assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate treatment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Adapt confidently to different patient populations and clinical environments Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and the patient experience What You’ll Need Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or a multistate nursing license from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Clinical competence in the care and management of acute care patients Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers—or an approved equivalent—within 90 days of hire At least 12 months xuwmhxw of recent inpatient hospital nursing experience preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred BSN Education Requirement Upon hire, a non-BSN nurse with less than one year of licensed RN experience must: Enroll in a BSN or higher nursing degree program Be accepted into a program within 15 months of hire Complete the program within five years of enrollment—or six years for an MSN, DNP, or PhD in Nursing
