AI Transformation Lead
Praecipio helps enterprises turn technology investments into business outcomes. We are an Atlassian consultancy with a fast-growing AI practice, and a Select partner in the Claude Partner Network Services Track. We are building AI-native delivery from the inside out: the same transformation we run for clients, we run on ourselves first.
Most enterprise AI investments die in pilot. Not because the technology fails, but because the organization around it never changes: team structures, decision rights, governance, and day-to-day operating rhythms stay built for a pre-AI world. You will lead operating model engagements for enterprise clients and serve as a key architect of Praecipios own agentic operating model. What you learn building ours becomes the methodology you take to theirs. You will be a true peer to our practice leads in AI strategy, engineering, and enablement, and the first person at Praecipio whose full-time job is the organizational side of AI transformation.
Lead client operating model engagements: org design, decision rights, governance, and workforce readiness for teams working alongside AI agents
Facilitate AI advisory workshops with executive and delivery audiences
Architect how Praecipios own teams work with AI agents, and build the change frameworks that make adoption stick
Carry client-billable strategy work alongside internal methodology building
Deep roots in organizational design and change management, ideally in a consulting or transformation delivery context
Enough fluency across AI strategy, engineering, and enablement to hold your own with technical practice leads and skeptical executives alike
A strong, defensible point of view on what AI-native organizations actually look like
Praecipios internal transformation is the proof of concept for the client offer, which means your work shows up twice: in how we operate and in what we sell.
