Opportunity
We're working with a leading facilities management provider who are looking to appoint an Administrator to join their team in West Moors. This is a varied role supporting the Area Manager and wider Site Management team, helping to keep the day to day operation running smoothly across the Defence estate. You'll be dealing with a real mix of people and responsibilities, from supporting maintenance activity and Billable Works through to liaising with contractors, Supply Partners and customers. It's a role where being organised, proactive and comfortable juggling a few things at once will be key.
The Role
As Administrator, you'll provide day to day support to the Area Manager and Site Management team, helping to make sure everything is kept organised and moving in the right direction. A big part of the role will be supporting the Billable Works process, including maintaining trackers, liaising with Supply Partners and raising Purchase Orders. You'll also help with the allocation and closure of PPM and reactive maintenance tasks, coordinate site access and passes, and keep information and records up to date across the relevant systems. There's plenty of variety to the role, with responsibilities including arranging meetings and appointments, preparing reports and agendas, keeping action logs and meeting minutes, maintaining Health & Safety documentation and helping to manage office supplies and PPE. You'll also work closely with Service Delivery Managers, Built Estate Managers, Customer Service Advisors, contractors, Supply Partners and other stakeholders, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy operation. xrexnqw
