Regional Sales Manager – North (EV 4-Wheeler)

Job Purpose

• Lead regional sales operations, achieve revenue and market share targets, develop dealer networks, and ensure profitable growth for the company's electric commercial vehicle business across the North region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Appoint, develop, and manage dealer/distributor networks.
• Drive retail and wholesale sales performance across the region.
• Identify new business opportunities, fleet customers, corporate accounts, and government/institutional sales.
• Monitor dealer profitability, inventory, and retail performance.
• Conduct regular dealer reviews and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and improve customer experience.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and EV policies.
• Coordinate with marketing for regional campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Work closely with finance partners to improve retail financing penetration.
• Forecast sales, prepare MIS reports, and maintain sales pipelines.
• Ensure collections, dealer compliance, and policy implementation.
• Travel extensively across the North region.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Commerce.
• MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience

• 10–20 years in automobile sales.
• Minimum 3-5 years in regional or area sales leadership.
• Experience in EV or commercial vehicle sales preferred.
• Strong exposure to dealer development and channel management.
