Position Overview We're hiring for the 2026-2027 school year! The selected candidate will support students as part of the district's staffing pool and may provide 1:1 care when needed. Summer (ESY) participation is optional and not guaranteed. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision. Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support. Collect and document student data accurately. Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff to support student progress. Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred). Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs is preferred.
