About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator Specialist to support high-volume hiring operations across multiple locations for a leading organization in the In-Home Services sector.This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). The successful candidate will help streamline hiring processes, maintain accurate recruitment data, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and support hiring teams in meeting their staffing goals.Key ResponsibilitiesReview applications, evaluate candidate qualifications, and complete pre-screening questionnaires.Source and engage qualified candidates through online job boards, internet sourcing platforms, and other recruitment channels.Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including on-site interviews, while managing scheduling conflicts and ensuring timely communication.Maintain accurate candidate records, dispositions, requisition details, and applicant pipeline information within the ATS.Track recruiting activity, prepare recurring pipeline reports, and support ad hoc recruitment data requests.Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to maintain an efficient and responsive hiring process.Support recruiting projects, process improvements, and initiatives aligned with broader HR objectives.Leverage AI-powered applications and modern recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, scheduling, communication, and reporting efficiency.Deliver excellent internal and external customer service while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Follow established recruitment processes, corporate HR policies, and data accuracy standards.Required QualificationsExperience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or recruitment operations.Hands-on experience with professional ATS platforms and recruitment tools.Familiarity with candidate sourcing, application screening, interview scheduling, or recruiting pipeline management.Ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and interpret recruiting data and performance metrics.Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities with attention to detail and urgency.Comfort using AI applications and modern recruiting technologies to improve daily productivity.Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred SkillsExperience supporting high-volume or multi-location hiring.Familiarity with online sourcing platforms and candidate engagement strategies.Experience preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring funnel metrics. xzbcwsv A process-oriented mindset with a focus on improving candidate experience and operational efficiency.
