Find your calling at Mercy! The Board, in carrying out its general and specific duties, does so to advance the mission of Mercy at the community level through the Corporation which they serve. Board members will Ministry, including establishing an effective organizational structure for the Board. Board members are expected to integrate into operations of the Ministry and Mercy's philosophy of health service to the community at large and especially the poor, the disenfranchised, and those wounded by contemporary society. Additionally, members of the Board are expected to monitor the adherence of the Ministry to relevant Church teachings and to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.
