Tenant Improvement Assistant Project Manager, Commercial

Job Description: We are seeking a Tenant Improvement Assistant Project Manager to join our Commercial Property Management team in Los Angeles, CA. You'll oversee project schedules, bid packages, change orders, and budgets while identifying value engineering opportunities to keep projects on time and on spec. The ideal candidate brings 23 years of project management experience, knowledge of construction and building codes, and strong communication and leadership skills.
