Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Digital Administrative Assistant (12-month contract) reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Product Administrator. This hybrid role combines on-site work in Gurgaon, India , with 2 days of remote work per week, operating from 10 AM to 7 PM IST.
The Digital Administrative Assistant will oversee the digital packaging asset journey, ensuring smooth collaboration between creative teams, suppliers, and the Valvoline Digital Library. They will manage metadata tagging and monitor progress through workflow tools to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Strong skills in artwork editing, creative operations, and Adobe Photoshop are essential to succeed in this role.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the workflow of assets throughout the final stage of production using the Digital Asset Management Library
- Maintain accurate account of each asset in the production queue
- Notify stakeholders of bottlenecks and delays
- Performs basic artwork editing, adaptation, and quality review while ensuring brand compliance and maintaining accurate version control for assets in the DAM library
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion
Primary Interactions - Internal and External
- Interact with Global Brand Governance and DAM Product Administrative team to follow the correct file naming and asset management process
- Interact via email correspondence with third party suppliers on files
What you'll need
- Diploma or bachelor's degree of Business or related field
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools, with the ability to edit marketing artwork, maintain brand guidelines, and manage digital asset files.
- A fresh graduate with graphic design, editorial experience, or artwork management internships is also considered suitable, provided they demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, digital content management, and creative operations.
- 1–2 years of experience in creative operations, graphic design support, or a related role involving digital asset and artwork management or Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality asset data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, graphic design support
- Basic graphic design and artwork editing skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
