Job Title: Senior Accountant Experience Required: 7–8 Years Qualification: Preferably Inter CA Key Responsibilities: Finalization of Accounts including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS Handling and coordination of ROC-related matters with CA/CS Coordination with site team for accounting and financial requirements Managing financial aspects related to land transactions Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Preferred Background: Experience in Resort & Hospitality Industry Good understanding of land-related accounting and documentation
