The Senior Sales Counselor will be a trusted advisor and play a key role in supporting the growth of our community by driving occupancy and building meaningful, lasting relationships with prospective residents, their families, and professional referral partners. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and selling apartment residences to qualified seniors, guiding them through the residency process, and achieving established sales objectives. As the Senior Sales Counselor, you will handle high stakes independent living inventory and complex contracts while partnering closely with leadership to maintain a thriving waitlist.
