Job description:

We are looking for a Graphics & Video Editor with strong hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design software to create engaging visual content for our brand, social media, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling the complete content editing process independently from raw footage and design requirements to polished, platform-ready content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website, and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create engaging Reels, product videos, promotional videos, campaign creatives, and brand content.
• Design social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, product graphics, and marketing materials.
• Work with raw footage, images, product assets, and brand guidelines to create high-quality content.
• Add appropriate cuts, transitions, effects, text overlays, music, sound effects, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
• Create product-focused videos highlighting fit, fabric, styling, features, and product details.
• Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and aspect ratios.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, visual style, and overall presentation.
• Handle basic color correction, audio adjustments, background removal, image retouching, and visual enhancement.
• Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to understand campaign and content requirements.
• Organize and manage project files, raw footage, design assets, and final deliverables.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, formats, and visual content trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation.
• Strong practical experience with professional video editing and graphic design software.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CapCut / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of video editing, composition, typography, transitions, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to independently take raw footage and convert it into polished, engaging content.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation, color correction, and audio editing.
• Knowledge of social media video formats such as Reels, Shorts, Stories, and promotional videos.
• Good understanding of different aspect ratios such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with fashion, apparel, lifestyle, retail, or D2C brands.
• Experience creating content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Experience creating performance marketing/ad creatives.
• Basic photography or product-shooting skills will be an advantage.
• A strong creative portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design work.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on rather than purely theoretical. You should be comfortable opening the editing software, working with raw assets, experimenting with creative ideas, and delivering the final output independently.
