Role Description

We're looking for a Copywriter who knows that good copy isn't about sounding clever — it's about making people stop, relate, believe, and buy.

If you're someone who:

• Can write scroll-stopping hooks that grab attention instantly
• Knows how to turn customer problems into powerful ad angles
• Can write compelling Meta & Google ad copy, UGC scripts, headlines & CTAs
• Understands consumer psychology and what makes people click and convert
• Loves researching competitors, customers, trends and winning creatives
• Can take a product and find multiple ways to sell the same product
• Knows how to write differently for cold, warm and retargeting audiences
• Can balance creativity with performance
• Takes ownership, communicates well and always meets deadlines
