We're a growing general and multispecialty dental group seeking an experienced Director of Operations to turn strategy into consistent execution. You'll report directly to the Owner & CEO and have real authority to shape our growth.
What you'll leadDaily operations across general dentistry and specialties, e.g., orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery & prosthodontics.Budgeting, practice performance, and financial accountabilityHuman Resources, Manager coaching, and team developmentScheduling, patient flow, staffing, and resource utilizationRevenue cycle performance with our billing and administrative teamsScalable systems that support sustainable growthPartnership with clinical leaders so operational goals serve quality patient care
What you bring• Operations leadership in dentistry, ideally in a multiple-doctor, multispecialty organization• Strong financial judgment and fluency with performance metrics• A record xzbcwsv of developing leaders and building accountable teams• Composure and follow-through in a busy clinical environment• A collaborative style and respect for clinical judgment
