Architect

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Senior Architect to manage projects from design to execution. The candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, site coordination, and team handling, with the ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural designs, working drawings, and presentations Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to design and quality Manage project timelines and resolve on-site technical issues Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and verify contractor billing Lead and coordinate with design and site teams Handle client meetings, presentations, and project updates Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop Strong knowledge of construction practices and detailing Experience in site execution, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Education & Experience B.Arch. degree 3–4 years of relevant experience Ability to handle projects independently from concept to completion Key Highlights ✔ Design Execution Role ✔ Team Leadership ✔ BOQ & Costing ✔ Client Interaction ✔ End-to-End Project Handling Apply: Share your CV, portfolio & expected CTC at or call at
