Finance associate

Key Responsibilities
● Performing accounting close procedures, including month-end adjusting entries and analytics
● Performing daily monitoring and analysis of trading P&L results across global trading entities
● Collaborating with Operations teams to understand and resolve breaks across global cash and NAV reconciliations
● Collaborating with Finance Technology and Post Trade Technology teams to implement process improvements
● Assessing internal finance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and articulating proposed improvements to management
Required Qualifications
● A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
● At least 2 years of accounting experience with a mix of public, hedge fund, and financial services accounting preferred CPA or equivalent certification
● Strong understanding of US GAAP
● Strong understanding of exchange traded products and global market structure
● Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Tableau software a plus
