Cedars Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Leonardtown, MD, seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve function, independence, and quality of life across short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care. You will document in the EMR, collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and medical staff, educate families and caregivers, and contribute to a respectful, resident-centered, team-oriented culture focused on professional growth and dignified care.
