Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Ownership

• Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all group projects.
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all hospitality projects.
• Manage new hotel developments, renovations, expansions, conversions, and refurbishments.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines.
• Drive project execution from concept to handover.

2. Timely Delivery of Projects

• Ensure all projects are delivered within committed timelines.
• Develop project schedules, critical paths, and milestone trackers.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays.
• Implement corrective action plans to recover timelines.
• Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.

KPI:

• Project Completion Timeline Adherence (%)

3. Budget Management & Cost Control

• Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
• Establish project cost controls and budget monitoring mechanisms.
• Review project expenditures against approved budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Negotiate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for optimum commercial terms.

4. Cost Reduction Initiatives

• Develop and implement value engineering initiatives.
• Standardize specifications and procurement practices across projects.
• Drive alternative sourcing and cost optimization programs.
• Evaluate project designs for cost-effectiveness.
• Benchmark costs against industry standards.
