Job Description Exp - 4 - 7years Network Engineer L2 – Key Points Experience: 4–7 years Level: L2 Network Operations Shift: Global 24x7 support Cisco: Routing & Switching, Catalyst, Nexus Networking: LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN Protocols: VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, NAT, QoS Wireless: Cisco WLC, Access Points, Meraki Branch: Cradlepoint Network Services: Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) Security: Cisco ISE, TACACS, RADIUS, VPN Load Balancing: F5 LTM Monitoring: SolarWinds, NetBrain, LogicMonitor, SNMP/Syslog Automation: Basic Python / Ansible Operations: Incident, Service Request, Change Management & SLA Key focus: L2 troubleshooting, monitoring, incident resolution and escalation to L3 Certification: CCNA required; CCNP/Meraki/F5 is an advantage Mandatory skills: Cisco Routing/Switching Meraki Cisco Wireless Infoblox F5 LTM Cisco ISE OSPF/BGP.
