Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder (Marketing) with Investment role based in Noida, India. The Co-Founder will lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market initiatives for the SaaS product, working closely with the founding team to define and execute growth plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and performance marketing, conducting market and competitor research, and supporting sales enablement. The role involves building and managing partnerships, shaping the customer acquisition funnel, and analyzing marketing performance to refine strategies. As a co-founder, the individual will also contribute to high-level business decisions, participate in fundraising discussions, and provide financial investment aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Marketing and Sales skills, with experience in SaaS or technology products.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and customer-facing interactions.
• Proven Research capabilities in market analysis, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Prior experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or startup environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to take ownership, operate in a fast-paced setting, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and capacity to make a financial investment and share long-term responsibility for the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or notable entrepreneurial experience are a plus.
