Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation. The candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, basic data analysis, and reporting. This role involves working with data to generate insights and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize data from different sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
Maintain MIS reports and databases.
Support senior analysts in data analysis and reporting tasks.
Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of reports.
Coordinate with different departments for data requirements.
Required Skills:
Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting).
Basic knowledge of Power BI.
Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
