Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Institutional Sales team in the Medical Devices industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the institutional segment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Institutional Sales Achievement 2. New Tender Acquisition and Rate Contract Management. 3. Government and Corporate Hospital Empanelments. 4. Understand the purchase process of Various Govt Institutes (i.e. Medical Colleges ,Defence, Railways , AIIMS,PSU and ESIC's ). 5. Key Account Development and Relationship Management. 6. Institutional Team Development and Performance Tracking. 7. Coordination with Finance, SCM, and Product Teams for order
