Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Cricket Coach Cum Sales Executive. The role involves coaching players of various age groups, developing tailored training programs, and fostering a passion for cricket. You will also assist with organizing and running indoor leagues or tournaments and provide consultations and equipment solutions to customers, helping to drive sales and build relationships. Additionally, your role will include mentoring students or corporate teams, implementing sales strategies, and contributing to the growth of the academy's operations.
Qualifications
Cricket Coaching and playing experience to mentor aspiring players of different skill levels Coaching and Training expertise to design, deliver, and evaluate skill development programs Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with players, parents, and prospective customers Knowledge of sales strategies, client relationship management, and a keen ability to promote services A passion for cricket and fostering talent, with a commitment to delivering exceptional training experiences Relevant certifications or prior coaching experience will be an advantage Ability to work collaboratively in a team and comfortably in an on-site settingSalary 20 K to 35 K Monday Fix Off 6 Days Working 1 Pm to 10 Pm Shift
