About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer to drive functional excellence and test automation for our core Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud with hands-on expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to ensure seamless CI/CD releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to validate complex Salesforce workflows and Lightning components.
Functional Testing: Execute manual and automated validation for Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate CRT with Copado Dev Ops pipelines to enable continuous testing across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
Quality Assurance: Design test plans, test cases, and execute Regression, Smoke, Functional, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Collaboration: Partner closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into test case/test script.
Defect Management: Log, track, and triage bugs using tools like Jira, ADO (Azure Dev Ops)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Overall Experience: 6 to 7 years in IT Quality Assurance with a heavy focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
CRT Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on, dedicated experience building and maintaining robot scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Functional Expertise: Strong practical understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud modules.
Dev Ops & Pipelines: Familiarity with Copado CI/CD, version control, and Salesforce release management processes.
Mindset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Copado Robotic Testing Certification or Salesforce Administrator/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
