The Successful Applicant * 5+ years of project management experience in construction * Demonstrated experience delivering PEMB or similar steel building projects * Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls * Professional, polished communicator with client-facing experience * Motivated to grow into a leadership role and take on increasing responsibility What's on Offer Salary: $100,000-$115,000 base salary + total compensation package * Direct mentorship from ownership with a defined growth path into leadership * Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and recognised holidays * 401(k), professional development support, and long-term career stability with a growing contractor
