Job Description Executive – Accountant

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month in-hand
About the Role
House of Swamiraj is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive – Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Freshers with a relevant accounting/commerce background are also welcome to apply. Candidates with prior real estate accounting experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries. Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, expenses, and financial transactions. Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records. Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables when required. Assist in preparing MIS reports and basic financial statements. Verify invoices, supporting documents, and expense claims. Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Support the senior accounts team during monthly closing and audit activities. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com preferred). Good understanding of basic accounting principles. Good knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime will be preferred. Basic understanding of GST and TDS will be an advantage. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Candidates with real estate accounting experience will be preferred.Experience

Compensation & Work Details
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month in-hand, depending on experience and suitability
