Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams
• Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and Rajasthani (spoken)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives
• Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
• Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across Udaipur and nearby regions
• Ensure strong market penetration and business development within the assigned territory

Desired Candidate Profile

• Results-driven leader with strong people management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Fluent in Hindi with a strong understanding of the Rajasthan market (knowledge of Rajasthani is preferred)
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
