Job Description * Lead field operations on ground-up affordable housing and multifamily projects * Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and daily construction activities * Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved throughout the project lifecycle * Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and ownership representatives * Drive project milestones from site mobilisation through turnover and closeout MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant * 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor * Proven background delivering ground-up multifamily or affordable housing projects * Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills * Experience working on large-scale residential projects in Florida * Collaborative personality and strong cultural fit for a long-term career opportunity What's on Offer Salary: Up to $150,000+ (fully negotiable based on experience) + bonus * Annual bonus, profit sharing, and 401(k) match up to 5% * Employer-sponsored healthcare, cell phone stipend, wellness stipend, and mntal health support * 15-20 days PTO, 7 sick days, and a long-term pipeline of Tampa and Florida projects
