Teaching & Academic Duties Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, labs, and seminars at undergraduate and postgraduate levels . Design and update course curriculum and learning materials in line with academic standards and industry relevanc e. Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and presentatio ns. Guide UG/PG projects, dissertations, and research w ork. Use innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and LMS platf orms. Research & Public ations Conduct independent and collaborative research in the relevant disc ipline. Publish research in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, an d books. Apply for and manage research grants and funded projects. Supervise PhD / research scholars (as per eli gibility). Student Mentorship Act as academic advisor/mentor to students. Support students’ career guidance, internships, an d placements. Encourage student participation in research, competitions, and co-curricul ar activities. Institutional & Admin istrative Roles Participate in academic committees, accreditation, and quality assu rance processes. Contribute to departmental administration and univer sity initiatives. Assist in admissions, examinations, and academic planning. Engage in outreach, industry collaboration, and p rofessional bodies.
