Analyze complex investment and financing transactions, including underlying legal agreements, to determine the appropriate accounting treatment and reporting impactAdvise on technical accounting matters related to private credit investments, new products, strategic initiatives, and transaction activityWork closely with deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle to evaluate proposed structures and address accounting considerations early in the processDevelop concise, well-documented accounting position papers and coordinate with external auditors and advisors to support final conclusionsCollaborate with Business Development, Legal, Tax, Structuring, xzbcwsv Operations, Investor Relations, and Finance on cross-functional transaction and reporting mattersPrepare and review management reporting for the private credit platform, as well as related U.S. GAAP financial statements and disclosure requirementsContribute to additional Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting initiatives, including periodic close activities, annual audits, and special projects
