Management Trainee – Exhibition Stall Designing

Location: Mahim, Mumbai

Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our Exhibition Stall Designing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and MBA candidates who are eager to build a career in the exhibitions and events industry. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in exhibition stall design coordination, project management, client servicing, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating exhibition stall design projects. Work closely with the design team to support 2 D/3 D design development and client presentations. Coordinate with production, fabrication, and execution teams to ensure timely project completion. Attend client meetings and understand project requirements. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations. Follow up with vendors and suppliers for materials and production schedules. Support the team during exhibition setup and dismantling at venues. Ensure projects are executed within timelines and quality standards. Perform other project coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline or MBA. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with a keen interest in exhibitions, events, interior design, or project management will be preferred.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Willingness to travel for exhibitions and site visits. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach.
