This facility maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support on-site OR-based neurosurgical coverage. A 45-day expedited credentialing process has been requested to facilitate timely placement. Resources are in place to support coordinated patient care delivery throughout all assigned coverage periods.

About the Clinician's Workday

The neurosurgeon will provide OR-based neurological surgery services on an on-site basis, with day shift hours structured from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 24-hour call coverage running 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, with offsite call required after hours. Rounding is a component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain availability for surgical interventions throughout all designated coverage periods. An average of 5 to 10 consults per day is anticipated.
