Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager , you'll lead a team of 8-12 software engineers while driving predictable, high‑quality delivery. You'll combine strong leadership with Agile expertise to support team growth, optimize workflows, and remove impediments. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will have the opportunity to drive technical direction and modify process and procedures.
