Oxiliry is hiring Software Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of complexsoftware projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strongleadership skills, extensive experience in software development, and a proventrack record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Project Planning and Management:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables incollaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, andresource allocations.
• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring allphases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams,providing clear direction and support.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance teamenvironment.
• Manage team performance and provide constructivefeedback.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for projectstakeholders.
• Communicate project status, progress, and potentialrisks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholderexpectations.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on project risks and issues,ensuring timely resolution.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the requiredquality standards.
• Implement and oversee testing and validationprocesses.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and best practicesin project management.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuringcost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project managementcertification.
• 5+ years of experience in software project management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle(SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g.,Zoho, Jira, Trello, etc.)
