Job Summary:

• Make 100–120 warm calls/day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls) 
• Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls
• Monthly Targets - 6-20 Lakhs
• Handsome Uncapped Incentives
• Follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
• Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
• Virtual meetings with decision-makers
• CRM updates & team coordination
• Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
• Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience

Work Details:

• Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (Mon-Fri) | 1–2 hr break
• Off: Sat & Sun | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month
• Salary Date: 3rd/4th of each month (Cycle: 26th–25th)
