WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide safe and effective infusion therapy and skilled nursing services
- Implement individualized care plans using strong clinical judgment
- Accurately document patient care using electronic health records
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
✅ WHAT YOU BRING
- Active and unrestricted Texas RN license
- Wound care experience required
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or a clinical setting
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Availability Saturdays and on-call Sundays
- Availability at least 1 weekday
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- TB test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
