JOINING REQUIREMENT

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams.
• Mandatory proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of the Kottayam and surrounding local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.
• Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.
• Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits to support the team and drive business growth.

• Fluent in Malayalam with strong local market understanding.
