We're hiring: TASC Relationship Manager (Key Account Manager)

Location: Chennai and Bangalore

AndPayments | Reports to: Business Head

AndPayments is building the next-generation payments stack for Indian businesses — Payment Gateway, Sound Box, GRC, and APAR, all built as one deliberate stack. We move fast, and we care deeply about compliance because we build on regulated infrastructure.

We're looking for a TASC Relationship Manager to own and grow our TASC (Trust, Association, Society, Club) portfolio — acquiring new institutional relationships, deepening existing ones through cross-sell, and ensuring every account runs compliant, profitable, and smooth. You'll be the single point of contact for your clients, from first conversation to onboarding to ongoing growth.

What you'll do:

Identify, prospect, and onboard new TASC accounts (trusts, associations, societies, clubs)

Own KYC/onboarding documentation as per entity-specific regulatory requirements

Cross-sell GRC, APAR, Sound Box, QR payments & cross-border solutions into existing accounts

Track portfolio profitability, transaction trends & drive client retention

Coordinate with Product, Compliance & Operations for seamless client servicing

What we're looking for:

Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce (MBA preferred)

5-8 years in corporate/branch banking or institutional sales, with TASC exposure

Strong institutional/B2B sales acumen and negotiation skills

Sound understanding of RBI/regulatory KYC norms for trusts, societies, associations & clubs

Analytical mindset with strong portfolio management ability
