Key Requirements B. Com. (Mandatory) + LLB/M. Com./MBA (Finance)/CA 3–5 years of experience in NGOs, Trusts, or Foundations only Strong knowledge of finance, legal compliance, budgeting, and operations management Experience in managing multi-stakeholder social development programs Understanding of SDGs, ESG, SROI, and impact measurement frameworks Strong MIS, reporting, and presentation skills Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities English and Gujarati proficiency is mandatory Lead strategy, planning, and execution of SRKKF's social development programs aligned with SDGs Drive budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation while ensuring financial accountability Oversee MIS, reporting, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Manage legal, audit, statutory, social, and financial compliance across all programs Build and strengthen relationships with government bodies, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, CSR partners, and community stakeholders Establish robust monitoring and evaluation systems using SROI, ESG, and SDG frameworks Leverage technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and program impact Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, mission-driven teams
