Role Description The Real Estate Valuer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Valuer will perform detailed real estate valuation using site data, input from site, title documents, micro market analysis and comparables factoring.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills.
Candidates should possess real estate Valuation skills to apply appropriate methodologies and prepare structured valuation report.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of real estate market, construction stages, accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory frameworks relevant to valuation.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Excel and standard office productivity tools; familiarity with valuation or financial analysis software is an additional advantage.
