Role : Sourcing Specialist (US Recruitment - Semiconductor)

Location : Hyderabad - (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/Linked In and other sites Meet the monthly hire goals Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements Update and track candidates in ATS in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job order Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants. Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree is preferred Sourcing experience in the US (NAM) region preferred. Domain : Manufacturing Should have excellent written communication ski 2-4 years of recruiting experience A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
