Hiring: AI Tech Lead | Bangalore | Offshore

Location: Bangalore, India – Offshore

Role: AI Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of AI solutions across Agile sprints

• Design scalable AI/ML architectures and translate them into actionable user stories and technical tasks

• Lead developers, AI engineers and platform engineers

• Drive engineering excellence, code quality, security and testing standards

• Conduct architecture/design reviews and code reviews

• Mentor technical teams and drive best engineering practices

• Manage technical risks, dependencies and impediments

• Collaborate closely with BA, PM and Solution Architects

• Ensure CI/CD, DevOps and MLOps practices are followed

• Drive performance optimization and production readiness

• Support production releases and technical issue resolution
