Qualifications

• Active School Social Worker certificate in Massachusetts
• Experience supporting high school populations (grades 9-12) preferred

• Ability to work onsite and fulfill a full-time, 37.5-hour weekly schedule
• Commitment to supporting students academic and emotional wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Provide social-emotional and behavioral support to a caseload of 35 students (ages 14-18)
• Implement effective interventions in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Develop and maintain individualized support plans
• Assist with crisis intervention and prevention
• Conduct assessments to identify and address barriers to student success
