Performance marketing executive (meta & google ads)

<p> We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing D2 C wellness brand and drive customer acquisition across Meta and Google. </p> <p> This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and scaling profitable growth. You'll work closely with the founders, creative team, and content team to build campaigns that deliver measurable business results. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates Manage campaign budgets and daily optimization Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and landing pages Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and overall marketing performance Stay updated with platform changes and industry best practices </p><p> Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads Experience working with D2 C or e-commerce brands preferred Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance metrics Comfortable managing ad budgets and performance reporting Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment </p><p> What We're Looking For Ownership mindset Data-driven decision making Curiosity and willingness to experiment Strong execution skills Someone who enjoys building and scaling brands </p><p> Location </p> Full-time, in-office role near Kudlu Gate Metro Station, Bangalore. <p></p> <p></p> <p></p>
