Prepare ingredients (wash, chop, slice, peel, etc.) Cook food using a variety of methods (grill, fry, bake, steam, braise, boil) Ensure food is properly seasoned, garnished, and visually appealing Follow standardized recipes and preparation methods Taste food prior to service to ensure quality Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Assist with kitchen setup, service, and cleanup Minimize waste through proper portioning and production levels Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Basic culinary knowledge or a strong desire to learn Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
