Required QualificationsActive Alabama or Compact State RN LicenseADN or higher5+ years of healthcare experienceExperience in care coordination, case management, population health, patient navigation, referral management, or similar programsEHR and healthcare technology experience
Important: This role requires care coordination or population health experience beyond traditional bedside nursing.
